1015a-1030a: Light jog 5 min; walk 3 min; light jog 3 min; walk 5 minutes
** Trying to get back into a little running outdoors; plan on taking up some mt biking in the next few weeks. The goal to day was to just get outside and do a little to get acclamated again.
11a EAS Advantage shake (200 cals, 17g protein, 28 carbs/1 effective ??), 2 3" peanutbutter and strawberry pancakes, water, 2 fish oil caps and 1 multi vitamin (**going to costco today so I can get more glucosamine and food to cook, although chewing continues to be an issue)
2p Soft pretzel
4p 3oz roasted pork
8p 4oz prime rib, 2oz king crab meat, broccoli, rice, 1/4 grape fruit, orange juice, 2 fish oil caps
