645a Wake-up
- Felt pretty rested although I tossed and turned a lot last night...

715a Decaf coffee, cereal, diluted whole milk (that's all we had left - grrr), water

815a-915a WORKOUT!!
- 10 min warm-up on treadmill, 4 min @ 10 incline, 5 min @ 15 incline, 1 min @ 0 (speed 3)
- Flat bench dumbbell press (warm-up 15/12.5, 15/15, 12/17.5, 10 17.5) (reps/weight)
- Incline dumbbell press (15/12/5, 12/15, 10/17.5)
- Incline dumbbell fly (12/10, 10/10, 10/10)
- Bent over calf raises (12/120, 12/140, 12/140)
- Standing calf raises (drop set 1: 10/140, 10/110, 2: 10/140, 10/110, 3: 10/140, 8/110)

10a 4 eggs (2 whole, 2 whites), 2 small pieces sourdough toast, 1C spinach, water, multi vitamin, glucosamine, fish oil caps

11a Orange, water

1130a Hungry!

1230p Clam Chowder (it's Friday!) and toast, water, jelly fruit snack pack
