745a 2 pieces whole wheat toast, decaf coffee, water, 1/2c OJ with glucosamine and knox, 1 multi and 2 fish oil caps
- Not particularly hungry this morning...just thankful the headache went away.
12p Salmon, wild rice and spinach, 2 Fish Oil caps, mint tea
3p small non-fate mocha, multi vitamin
6p 3 small pieces homemade pizza, water, 2 Fish oil caps
9p peppermint tea
11p Bed
- feeling kinda yucky...cycle started...crampy...grrr

Lets try and add some protein to breakfast daily either some boiled egg whites (1 yolk for every 3) or a protein shake.
Lets also strive for 1 perfect meal (meal 2 was awesome) and 1 shake per day. Gives you 2 meals with quality nutrients.
