Food Log 12/9/07

Sunday, 12/9
6a wake;
630a Total cereal, coffee, water, 1/2c OJ w/ glucsamine & knox, 1 multi vitamin, 2 Fish oil Caps (Did not sleep well. Tense, headache ALL night)
1030a 4 egg whites, mushrooms, cheese, 1 white potato
2p Chocolate covered Macadamia nuts, peppermint tea, 2 fish oil caps, 1 multi-vitamin (HEADACHE)
6p White rice, salmon, shrimp, vegetables, water
7p Peppermint tea, water (Still have that headache; almost too painful to eat)

You had 2 total meals today. This may or may not contribute to your headache but it will definitely not help it. Try for the standard 3 meals per day 4 is better but 3 is do able for now. If you cant get it from solid food by all means add a shake
