**Volunteered at Family Giving Tree all morning
1130a 2 tortillas, chicken, salad, 1/4C spanish rice, diet coke
**130p Gave Blood
2p small ice cream, snickerdoodle cookie, OJ
7p Pasta, chicken and broccoli, water
8p Sugar-free hot chocolate
**Goal for the next week and a half is to just eat better...both Brice and I agree we are making the workouts a priority after we return from Ohio on the 31st....**
