Food Log 12/19

630a Wake-up
7am 1 scoop whey protein, water, 1/2c OJ with glucosamine and knox, 1 multi vitamin and 2 fish oil caps
820a Medium non-fat mocha
12p Small salad, 2 hard boiled egg whites, tomato soup and 4 crackers
120p 2 Fish oil caps, 1 multi-vitamin, water, mint tea
730p went to dinner at my favorite Vietnamese place in Mt View (rice, steak, salad, shrimp, fish), beer, water
10p Bed

Karen,

On most days your timing is really good. What I mean by that is that you mention to either eat a snack or take in some liquid every 3 hours or so. Im not being really tough on what it is right now because 1 its the holidays (your off season) and 2 its still more then the mini amount of food your doing.

I do like the fact that you are taking in something every 3 hours because when its time to buckly down it will take minimal effort for you to make small positive changes.

Again with the holidays look at any activity as exercise don't ignore the benefits of walking or running with your dog or even some good ole fashion manual labor for an hour or so :)

When the new year changes be ready to buckle up your helmet chin strap and really get things going.
