11a Water, peppermint tea
1145p Grilled cheese sandwich, salad, green tea, 2 Fish oil caps, 2 small chocolates, water
130p Water...HEADACHE
4p peanut M&Ms
615p Pasta w/ ham, broccoli and a bit of alfredo, water, 2 Fish Oil caps
**wanted to go workout tonight but just didn't feel the energy...I know I haven't eaten enough. :(

Its a 2 edged sword. To tired to eat yet more tired if you dont. It's easier to start with some food and eat less and less through out the day but its harder to catch up if you start with ZERO! because you just dont have the energy physically and mentally. So try to start your day off with a meal or a shake at the very least. Did we workout yet this week?
