7a Took dog on 30 min walk
745a 5 egg whites with mushrooms, 1/3C hot multi-grain cereal, decaf coffee, 1/2C oj with glucosamine and knox, 1 multi, 2 Fish Oil caps, water
- still crampy and woke up feeling nauseous, but went away after half hr.
10a Medium non-fat mocha
12p Chicken breast sandwich, spinach, water, mint tea, 2 Fish oil caps
230p Banana, 1 multi-vitamin, water
6p 1 Chicken breast, green salad, water, 2 fish oil caps
8p Peppermint tea
10p Bed

Not a bad day at all. I can see 3 meals...very very very good....we need to make your metabolism active and this is how you do it. Eat!!! :)
