11am 1C broccoli slaw, 1 chicken breast, 1/2C white rice, water
230p 1 scoop Protein Delite, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 4" Persian cucumber w/ 2T hummus, water
(Fish oil, multi vitamin, glucsamine)
545p 1/2C Brown rice, 4oz steak, 1C broccoli slaw, water, 1C nonfat milk
(Fish oil caps)
