Food Log, 3/19

830a Wake-up

9a 1 scoop Muscle Milk protein powder w/ water, 1/2C oatmeal, water, coffee
-multi vitamin, glutamine, fish oil, b-6

12p-130p Workout #2 (you would think after having 17-bean soup the night before that I would have some extra energy...uh, no.) Good workout though and got through all of it.

2p 1C rice, 1 chicken breast, salad greens w/ 1/4 small cantelope, water
-multi-vitamin, glutamine, fish oil

5p 5 triscut crackers, 1 piece cheese, yogurt covered pretzels

7p 1 chicken breast, asparagus, water

8p Short bicycle ride with the dog

1130p Bed
