11a-1230p Work out (did day 1; didn't get to last three exercises - hungry, tired. pushed to 3 sets on partial lunges though!)
130p 1C white rice, 1 chicken breast, asparagus, water, yogurt covered pretzels (my new addiction!)
- fish oil
4p 1 small chicken breast, asparagus, 1/2 pear apple, 5 yogurt covered pretzels, water
- glutamine, multi-vitamin
530p 10 Triscut style crackers, 2 pieces cheese, 1/2 pear apple, tea
8pm spinach salad, 3 small pieces homemade pizza, water
- fish oil
