So I realized after I turned the light out last night that forgot to make my entry for Thursday. It was a hectic day that seemed to fly by.
9:30 am Coffee
10:30 am 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c rice
1:30 pm 1 bbq chicken breast, 1/2c rice, 1 can green beans
4:00 pm TRAIN - Legs
5:30 pm 1 scoop Syntha protein w/ water
8:30 pm 4oz pork loin, 2c spinach salad
